Our Story
Born from a century of service.
Our Saviour Lutheran Church has served the Rosedale neighborhood of Kansas City, Kansas for over 100 years. Through war, depression, change, and renewal, this congregation has been a steady presence, a place where music has always been central to worship and community life.
In 2026, that century of service took a new form: Our Saviour Music Conservatory. We saw a need, KCK has no dedicated music school of its own, and we believed our church could meet it. Today, we offer professional private instruction in a safe, faith-rooted environment, open to every family in our community regardless of background or income.
Our partnership with David's Harp, A Center for Musical Development connects us to a national network of LCMS-affiliated music conservatories, sharing resources, curriculum, and a common vision for raising up the next generation of church musicians and lifelong music-lovers.

David's Harp supports churches across the LCMS in establishing centers of music education, providing curriculum frameworks, teacher support, and the institutional backbone that lets local conservatories like ours thrive.
